It will be carefully packed and shipped from Sagawa Express or Japan Post. Frozen meat will be shipped by Sagawa Express Courier Cool Express . It is possible to deliver the meat to the customer's hand without lowering the quality and temperature of the meat.

How long will it take to arrive after ordering?

・As a measure to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we are implementing staggered work hours and changing the work system, so we are consolidating shipments every Monday and Thursday . (Same day shipping for orders placed before 12pm on Mondays and Thursdays). It will be delivered in 1-3 days after shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
・It may be sold out due to misplacement of stock at the head office. It may take more time than the above because it will be manufactured at the factory in Hokkaido.
・Delivery may be delayed depending on the delivery company's busy season such as the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon, and holidays.
