If there is a defect in the product or the bag that directly packs the product, we will accept an exchange, return, or refund.

We cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for items that have been used or eaten, items that have been scratched, soiled, or damaged due to the customer's responsibility, or items that you do not like.
If the Company determines that it is difficult to return the product due to the nature of the product, such as food, the customer may dispose of the product and send the product separately. However, it does not include cases where the outer packaging is deformed or damaged due to handling at the time of delivery.
Only one exchange is allowed. In the case of food, only the same product will be available.
- Product application and delivery
- The product deadline is 7 days after placing the order.
- Shipment will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
Small items such as jerky will be shipped by Japan Post.
Even if you specify the date and time of delivery, it may not be possible to deliver on the specified date and time due to the circumstances of the delivery company.
Please check the delivery status on the website of the delivery company (Sagawa Express) with the slip number.

In the case of bank transfer, the product will be delivered within 3 days to 1 week after the payment is confirmed, and in the case of credit card payment, it will be delivered within 3 days to 1 week after the order is confirmed. Delivery may be delayed due to seasonal factors such as the year-end and New Year holidays, Christmas, weather, and other circumstances. In order to remove the customer's anxiety, we will inform you of the package tracking number when the product is shipped.
- Continuation/cancellation of contract
Subscriptions will automatically renew each month.
At the time of requesting cancellation, if it has passed 7 days before the shipping date of the presented product, the product will be shipped, the price will be invoiced, and the cancellation will be officially canceled when the payment of the invoice amount is completed.
